Clubhouse key fobs and pool keys/restroom keys are available for purchase through Snow Property Services for $10 each.
The Clubhouse can be rented for $25 with a $50 deposit

Clubhouse & Pool Hours
6:00am to 10:00pm
**Rules** Under 18 need adult supervision, however, parents can sign a special waiver to allow children between the ages of 16-18 in the pool area without supervision but they cannot be supervising underage siblings or other kids.
Water balloons are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
NOTICE: If you are caught abusing the facilities, after the 1st notice, you will receive a 30 day suspension. Strike 3 and you will be locked out permanently. Jumping the fence is considered abuse and also will not be tolerated.
Please remember to put the umbrellas down when they are not in use. The umbrellas tilt, and have a button that you click to fold it back down. Thank you 😊
CLUBHOUSE FURNITURE:
In order the preserve the life of the furniture, the furniture in the clubhouse is not to be rearranged in any way. If you are renting the clubhouse, the exception would be that you may move the dining table and bar stools.
Attempting to move any of the furniture can result in damage to the furniture or injury to yourself. Damaging the furniture will result in the cost of repair or replacement being billed to the homeowner responsible.
Should you or your guest cause any damage, please be courteous and report it to the community manager, do not attempt to fix it on your own.
If you notice any damage to the furniture or clubhouse, please contact the community manager right away so that the camera footage can be researched.
